Steckerlfisch - Fish on a stick
Description An Alaskan take on a German favorite.

2 salmon steaks - cut into strips
1 small zucchini
5-6 shallots
3-4 cherry tomatoes

prosciutto

2-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1

1 lemon

olive oil

black pepper

3-4 cherry tomatoes
5-6 slices of Italian or French country ham
Methods/steps
  1. Marinate salmon strips in olive oil, black pepper, lemon and rosemary leaves. 
  2. Wrap salmon in prosciutto
  3. Thread salmon on sticks with zucchini, shallots and cherry tomatoes
  4. Grill over an very hot open fire crisp the prosciutto, but don't overcook the fish
