Slow-cooker Turkey Chili
Description Toss the ingredients for this chili in your slow cooker at the start of the day and by evening you'll have something delicious.  Turkey is a heart-healthy protein to add to your chili, and it tastes great with chili ingredients.

2 pounds ground turkey
1 medium chopped onion
4 large garlic cloves, minced or crushes
1 green, red, or yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 teaspoon dried cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can navy beans
2 15 to 16oz cans of kidney beans (not drained)
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
Methods/steps
In a large skillet, brown ground turkey and drain.  Add all ingredients to crock pot.  Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Enjoy!
