- 1 Bartell pear, sliced
- 3/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese
- 3/4 c. walnut halves, toasted
- 8 large Romaine leaves, torn
- Dressing:
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 large basil leaves, minced
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T honey
Methods/steps
- Tear the lettuce leaves and mix together with pear, cheese, and walnuts in a large bowl. In a jar or small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss.
