Honey Roasted Garlic Dipping and Barbeque Sauce
Description
This is great asa dipping sauce chicken wings, chicken fingers, shrimp skewers or steak bites. Or a great finishing sauce for grilled chicken or pork.
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. mashed roasted garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cooking sherry
dash of red pepper flakes (optional)

Methods/steps
In small saucepan, melt butter; stir in lemon juice, honey, water, soy sauce and garlic salt.
