1 1/2 uncooked macaroni noddles
1 can black beans
1 cup canned or frozen corn
1/2 medium onion
5 large cloves garlic
2 cans tomato sauce
dash chili powder
dash cayenne
1-2 T cumin
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil and set aside.
Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions
After noodles are drained, return to pot and add beans, corn, spices, tomato sauce, and sauted mixture.
