Fudgy Brownies

Methods/steps
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13x9" pan. Beat butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine and add the chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake for 20-22 minutes.
