Crab stuffed portabella mushrooms with blue cheese on a Miami onion roll
Description Decadent...and oh so yummy.

1 sandwich
3 oz cooked cracked crab or cooked canned crab
1 oz blue cheese
1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon shredded cheddar cheese
1 large portabella mushroom
1 teaspoon dijion mustard
1 Miami onion roll
Methods/steps
  1. combine crab, blue cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese
  2. stuff portabella
  3. cook mushroom for 10 - 15 minutes over med heat
  4. spread dijion mustard on 1/2 of onion roll
  5. place stuffed portabella on top of mustard
  6. top with other 1/2 of roll
  7. wrap in foil and grill
