  • Ears of corn in the husk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
  • String
Methods/steps
  1. Peel ears leaving husks on at bottom and remove corn silk. Brush on butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Replace husks covering ears and tie around top. Place corn on the grill or on a screen over hot coals. Turn often until all side are done.
Additional Tips

Flavorings:

Melt blue cheese & butter for a grown-up taste

Dip in butter and sprinkle with cinnamon

Dip in butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
