Ingredients
3-4 oz of rotisserie chicken
1 ripe fig
1 oz peppered goat cheese (softened)
rosemary flat bread - like flatout
Methods/steps
- spread softened peppered goat cheese on 1/2 of rosemary flat bread
- top with ripe fig sliced thinly and then rotisserie chicken
- fold flatbread
- wrap in foil and grill
