Spicy & rich with a touch of sweetness.  A cross between a traditional Mexican Mole (my favorite) and a fresh-Mex Chili.  Sure to be a new favorite.

Spicy Gumbo

Gumbo is a soup or stew that's full of spice and rich flavors, and it's the perfect warm-up meal for a cold winter's day.  With roots in Louisiana and the Southern Gulf Coast, gumbos are thick, hearty, and zesty.

Amazing flavors.  Simple preparation and quick cooking makes this a super speedy campsite (or back patio) favorite.  I use a cast iron grill pan over a fire or gas or charcoal grill.  A cast Iron skillet works just as well.  The imporatnat part is to preheat your skillet or grill and spray it with cooking oil spray just before putting the tuna on.
