Posole is a traditional Mexican dish from the pacific coast region of Jalisco. A thick soup that's usually made with pork, hominy, garlic, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, and broth.
Posole, a hearty Mexican soup, is traditionally prepared with pork or chicken. Shrimp and scallops make this version special enough for a party.

Nothing warms a cold night like a great bowl of chili - this is truly a unique take on a great a traditional dish.


Toss the ingredients for this chili in your slow cooker at the start of the day and by evening you'll have something delicious.  Turkey is a heart-healthy protein to add to your chili, and it tastes great with chili ingredients.
Load up on vegetables with this colorful vegetarian chili.  Sprinkle a little cheese on top or eat your bowl of chili with a yummy hunk of bread to make this a complete protein.  Chopped green onions also make a nice garnish.
