White Wine and Lemon Mahi Mahi

  • 2 fillets Mahi Mahi
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1 oz butter (or less)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil

Start by putting a bit of vegetable oil in a large skillet, and heat it over medium heat. When the oil is heated, add the mahi mahi fillets and cook until one side is golden. Flip the fish and add the chopped garlic to the fish, as well as the wine, lemon juice and zest. Allow the juice and wine to cook down and then add the butter. Cook for a bit longer until the flavors are mixed and the fish is a nice golden brown. Serve immediately.
